Hotel Telegraaf is centrally located in the Old Town. Everything was within walking distance.
We had well designed newly renovated room with pretty, modern furnishings, but not over-done.
Hotel has very nice back garden, but unfortunately, because of the weather conditions, we had no chance to enjoy breakfast outside.
The breakfast was very satisfying - much choice, including local delicacies and sparkling wine. Wifi and breakfast both included in room rate.
There is also small, but relaxing spa area, including small swimming pool. The pool and sauna area was good, but not really enjoyable, if there are more than 6 people in the spa area.
I would recommend this Hotel for city trips, short visits to Tallinn, business meetings. In my opinion, this Hotel is more suitable for travelers without small children.
Expectations were high, but my overall rating is "very good" 8/10.
