Well worth the 13 euro entrance fee, we took the lift up to the 175 metre high viewing platform from which there is a stunning view, as far as Finland on a very clear day. We had a slightly hazy day so couldn't see that far.
Fascinating DNA exhibition (not sure of the relevance), frightening clear glass panels to stand on, lovely restaurant.

Honestly, I don't think it's worth paying 13 euros per person and making the trip all the way out here just for a nice view. I did appreciate the exhibit at the top about DNA; not sure what it has to do with the TV tower, but it had a lot of interesting displays and interactive screens. It was very quiet when we visited, but would fill up quickly with cruise ship groups coming through. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're particularly interested in this type of attraction. The broadcasting centre at the bottom where you can record your own news broadcast looked very interesting, but there was little information about whether it was available for use or how to use it.

The view is superb. The exposition is somewhat boring. It is unclear to me why this is an expo about DNA.

Was great experience. You should try to say the news after you visit tv tower. It's the most amazing view in Tallin.

If you're staying in one of the sky scrapers in mid-town, here you can experience a view over the city and it's surroundings. You'll be struck by how green it is everywhere you look. Visit by car or with the hop-on hop-off buss. There's a cafe/restaurant too.
