Owner description: The view from Tallinn TV Tower is unique in Estonia as well as in all of Northern Europe. Under your feet are the woods of Muuga. The captivating Tallinn Old Town and the glistening Baltic Sea in all of its majestic glory are off in the distance. When Estonia was still behind the Iron Curtain, this was for many Estonians a window on the free world - at night one could even catch sight of the lights of Helsinki. To illustrate the view, visitors can use multimedia screens: to increase the area visible in it or seeing what the place looked like in the past. It is a view that must be seen. And - experienced! Bus information The TV Tower is served by city buses 34A, 38 and 49 ("Teletorn" stop), as well as by CityTour and City Sightseeing tourist buses (green line, Mere pst - Teletorn). Handicapped-accessible.

Take the 34A bus from stand 5 in the Viru Square bus station; it costs 1euro and you can buy tickets in the RKiosk next to the bus stand. Buses are frequent even on Sunday. Takes 20 mins from the city and your arrive at TV Tower. Up on the 21st floor you get a great 360degree view around the Tallinn area and 1 floor up is an inexpensive coffee shop/restaurant. Easy to get to and an interesting experience.

The highest point in tallinn to look around and with clear weather you can almost see across baltic sea to finland:) at least that is what they tell you:) This way or another, views are great. and few exstra things like standing on 4cm glass, 170m from the land. Scary:)

Worth visiting if you're in town for more than 2-3 days. You'll get great views and can have a coffee and a piece of cake on top while you enjoy the views. Not owrth paying for the fast lane, even in crowded days you'd not wait more than 12-15 minutes.

A truly nice place to visit, expecially if you're with children. The tower (interior) was renovated lately, and a new interesting exhibition was introduced. Considering the height, it is certainly better to visit the tower by good/sunny weather, otherwise you may just see the clouds and mist... There is a restaurant too, might be nice to have a dinner between the ground and heaven but the prices are high (never ate there myself).
