Owner description: Welcome aboard! Seaplane Harbour is an exciting maritime museum in Tallinn, Estonia for the whole family. Located in the unique and historic seaplane hangar, our interactive exhibition includes a real submarine from mid-1930s, seaplane Short 184, a 100-year-old ice-breaker, two cinemas, many simulators and much more. And while you are here, take a look at one of the nicest souvenir shops in Tallinn or eat local food at our restaurant MARU.

“Unique display of ships and planes!”

On walkways we walked under and over ships and planes hanging in the museum to give you a true spatial relationship of the various objects in relation to their size and purpose in the real world. Very unusual and worth the trip. Take your time to enjoy this museum. We enjoyed a nice lunch outside at the museum cafe but the service was very slow so plan for that. “Lots of things to see and do”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 27, 2012

Went here as something to do in Tallinn. I was very suprised at how huge this museum was. It had a huge submarine and lots of interactive games that even adults can take part in. The museum can be seen cheaply by purchasing a ticket for just the hanger exhibition.

“Worth the trip”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 23, 2012

We expected to spend an hour here and stayed for three and a half. Good cafe, fresh food and a nice outdoor roof terrace. Interactive displays and you could get up close to all the exhibits. The submarine was really interesting and you could go in and have a good look round. All the info on the exhibits can be sent to your email to read at your leisure. Generally an impressive attraction, well worth a visit.

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed October 22, 2012

Went looking for the old soviet prison but couldnt get in on the day and caried on walking and found this place. This is by far the best most interactive museum ive been to in years. Its realy cheap to get in and so much fun to be had.
Going in a submarine, this is quite small inside so be warned
Costmes to try on and have your photos taken in
A warship game and a great light show on the roof

CANNOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH !!!!!!

“Very Good Museum”

This museum is quite new and I enjoyed it very much. The space is nicely designed, and I spent several hours visiting the different parts. A very nice and interesting place.
