For normal walking, you can use every day, but if you want to see the beauty of flowers, flower beds and flowering trees, the best time for this May, June or July. We've seen a lot of different varieties of roses that spread a wonderful fragrance! Indoor Hall is very small and the entrance fee. Entrance to the Botanical Garden is free. Located in Pirita, 20 minutes by bus from the city center.

I like to visit this place when the roses are blooming outside, and sometimes I go inside to see special exhibits. When compared to similar gardens in other cities it is not great.

We visited the Botanical gardens by using the green line city tour bus. It cost 2.88€ admission fee to the grounds and the plant house. It's not a huge botanical house but has a sub tropical, tropical and palmery house. There was also a streptocarpus exhibition on when we visited which was interesting. There are toilets and a small cafe in the botanical house. We did not explore the arboretum or grounds but would imagine they are lovely on a sunny day.
Take your camera as lots of good sized specimen plants.
