One could do the same thing without the tour, but it was included in our cruise package. The tour was very informative, both culturally and historically. Our guide didn't point out shops where she received a percent of the purchase, but gave us a variety instead.

I had purchased tickets thru trip advisor for this tour. When we got off our cruise ship the bus was right there at the port. Great. They have 3 tours, red, green and blue. Each covers different areas. We did the red and blue tours both included in the price of the ticket. Both buses eliminated a spot to the seaplane museum don’t know why. We got off the blue bus to go into the old town and walk around. By walking thru the town and coming out on the other end there was a bus stop, but it was not available because of construction and we had to walk to the next stop. Quit a distance, Once back on the bus we were going back to the boat except now they don’t go back, they drop you off at the ferry terminal and you have to walk back to the ship which was a bit of a hike. If they would have told us before hand that the one stop was closed and we weren’t going to the other it would have helped, but not going back to the ship was very disappointing.

The Old Town walking tour with SPB was magnificent! Upon arrival, I did not know much about the small nation and what it had to offer. Keeping my ears open to the tour guide's passion about her city helped me learn so much more than simply reading through Wikipedia.Throughout the tour you can see the influences of its historical predecessors, from Danish to Russian to architecture, and the mimicry of other nations' treasures through changing predecessors - Kadriorg Palace, Versailles anyone?

We had lunch at Olde Hansa, a quaint restaurant with medieval decor. The service was great, we were seated promptly upon arrival and the servers were very kind and gracious to the entire group. We visited the glorious Kadriorg Palace, although we did not enter the Palace, our tour was jam packed with other activities. The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, Toompea Castle and the Tallinn Song Festival Grounds were locations also visited during the tour, with a beautiful viewing of the city from the 'Games People Play' Graffiti, giving you another Instagram worthy pic. The tour should not be missed.

We took the shuttle but was bored and the main attractions are really in the city centre.
The bus stops at many uninteresting places.

Terrible!!!! Has been the worst experience ever. No car worked. Three different tours (routes) and only one on service.. .. didn’t stopped

I asked to drivers and people that are on stops and no one could answered..
Tallin is a beautiful city, shame this terrible experience..

Have to walk to go back to the pier (One line was not working, other delayed and the third one said that has to wait for 20 more mins after departure)

Don’t use this service.
