The rooms are what you would expect from the post-Soviet hotel in a small town.
The service is lower than average - we ended with the room which was different from what we booked and noone in the reception could change it - we were forced to take what they gave us. When we contacted the management the next day, we were told again "that's what we have" and then, out of sudden, we were offered to move to the rooms that we initially booked - but only if we move fast (like in the next 30 minutes). Quite stressing. No apologies were given, no compensation offered.
The food is quite basic, but edible.
The spa is quite basic too
The location is nice.More
