Run-down establishment in a positive sense. When visited in cold and icy December, everyone present greeted the visiting stranger upon entering. Friendly host poured cheap beer and looked after the guests who might had had too much. One guy played the accordion at a table with old drunken men who sang old Estonian evergreens, a gang of young death metal ladies and gentleman at another table sang along.
