I spent a week in this hotel and I must say I am very pleased with the service provided here. I booked a single room to attend a conference but was given a double room on the top floor. No view though. Shower and room itself are clean, though here and there a few things could be improved (e.g. my window did not close properly, toilet was making a dripping noise, etc.). WiFi works well and does not time out, even in a corner room (managed to video call quite well). No closet was included, only a small desk and coat hangers). Breakfast is very good and plenty of choice, including warm food. The hotel staff is helpful and offers advice and maps of the city. The location is very close to city center, near local market and train station. Bakery right next door for coffee and pastries.
I recommend this hotel if your looking for a reasonably priced base from which you can explore the city.
Rooms are simple but clean and have their own bathroom. Location is convenient with the old town, supermarket and trainstation within easy walking distance. -1 for charging my credit card without my permission.
Clean room, no problems with check in etc, decent location (Vilnius is tiny, you can walk everywhere), okay breakfast. Overall good value for money. Wifi is unreliable, at least up on 5th floor where we were. Cafe next door does good coffee and pastries (sweet and savoury) if you miss hotel breakfast
"+" 1) Great location: everything is close to the hotel - railway and bus station; supermarket; Old Town... 2) Staff: they are ready to help in any situation; they speak english and Rusian. It's really a good hotel to stay in if ur aim is to explore the city.
"-" 1) We were unlucky to arrive to Vilnius when it was very hot there. We didn't expect such weather so while booking the hotel i hadn't payed my attention to the case if the air conditioning was in this hotelor not... So, it was hot sometimes. But receptionist helped us and gave a ventilator! 2) If u need WiFi, ask not to give u a room at the last floor.
