This review would have been 5 stars but for a couple of issues. Positives- A great, though smallish room, on the top floor with a balcony overlooking the old town rooftops. Comfortable and clean with a lovely bathroom. Great bedding and good housekeeping. All staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our meals in the hotel restaurant and breakfasts were all good. A well positioned hotel within walking distance of major sites and railway station.Negatives- The room was like a sauna and the heating/air conditioning controls were broken. We had to sleep with the balcony door open even and though it was freezing outside it still did not cool the room! The receptionist came immediately to help try to help but it really made no difference.. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was so hot it was sometimes difficult to walk on. One night we could hear our neighbour's conversation as though the walls were paper. A great hotel though- especially if you like high temperatures and have quiet neighbours.

Room Tip: Top floor rooms have lovely balconies.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 days on a business trip.
The location of the hotel is excellent and I had a nice, big room in the front of the hotel. Some of my colleagues were not happy at all with their rooms though, so I guess that's a matter of luck. The wifi was excellent, staff was very friendly and breakfast offered a lot of variation, also several 'healthy' options.
There were some small issues though: the reception desk was often not manned at night - which made me wonder about security a bit. Also, the shower in my room was very strange - with a loose showerhead that almost broke my toe.
I'd give it 3 & 1/2 stars.

In advance thanks for gift, sparkle wine in wedding anniversary.
We stay in this hotel for one night in standard double room. Room is small, we don't found remote control for conditioning service. Need improve TV quality. Don't work one electrical socket. In bathroom bath tube every time falling off.
Breakfast acceptable, but nothing outstanding. Some products don't added and if you coming later something don't found in menu.
Some positive remarks - great location in old town, near tourist places.
I mark this hotel with should be 3 star, but not with 4 star.

This has been the third time I have stayed in the hotel. The first time it was a pleasure to stay in it but I believe it was due to the fact that I have had an upgraded room. Last two visits haven't been so nice. The hair
dryer didn't work and the
bed was squeaky. Sfter a nice talk to the receptionist I thought that they are going to come up with solution how to make my stay more comfortable. Well nothing has been done so the polite personnel is only there ti get peoples hopes up. What I expected is to get a spare hair dryer and that would have satisfied my needs. Furthermore in my room there was no power outlet in the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling of and I guess they also have escort services there provided by the receptionist at night. So I guess my advice is to choose another hotel that is what I will definitely do in the future.

I sayed there with my wife for one night. Very good location in the downtown. Rooms are not soundproofed. Breakfast is poor with no service. The restaurant they position as the best in the city doesn't impress at all. We did not find remote control for air conditionning, ask to bring it but they did not (!?). It is not a 4-star hotel. Something between 2 and 3 stars.

A well located hotel with good facilities and excelent deals. a good base for a weekend visit to Vilnius. The hotel provides for non smokers, pets and drivers. The room was large and nicly decorated with a large TV (English speking chanels). Bathroom was basic but clean and functional. In all a very good deal.

Room Tip: we stayed in the annex at the back of the building which being away from the main road gave us a qui...

This hotel is a good place to stay for a trip to Vilnius. Location is good, in the outcast of the old town. The staff is always nice and helpful. The included breakfast is quite good with different types of bread, ham, cheece, youghurt, müsli, smoked salmon ect. Free wifi! Even though we booked the cheapest room on the internet, we recived a room on the forth floor with quite a good view. Would stay here again.
