“Beautiful Baroque Church.”
Reviewed August 6, 2012

This church is the first building we saw in Vilnius, it is next to Domus Maria. As we looked inside, a wedding wrapped with the voices of the choir was taking place: the scene was a very solemn one.

“Beautiful Interior”
Reviewed July 20, 2012

Not all the churches in Vilnius are up kept but this one is.

The colours of the interior are a gentle pink. The shrines inside are ornate and for Vilnius it is one of the many many churches that you will come across but this is one of the nicer ones and the location is in the center of Old Town.

If you are on a walking tour or following the walking tour map you will definitely stop at this location.

“Meet Mother of Mercy in the Church of St Theresa in Vilnus, the golden Maria”
Reviewed July 16, 2012

If you follow the Didzioji gatve from Town Hall and pass the Radisson Astorija to the Philharmonic Society and then turn slight to the right into the Ausros gatve you'll find the church in the end of this street. The street goes through the portal under the chapel. The entrance is before the portal to the left. This Saint is said to have the power to make miracles and a lot of catholic pilgrims come for visiting this place, especially from Poland. Offen you can find pilgrims kreeping on their knees up the stoone staircase to the chapel.

“Worth a look”
Reviewed May 13, 2012

As you will probably be going to see the Gates of Dawn you might as well visit St. Therasa's Church as they both lead into each other. Free, so worth a quick visit.
