We came here for new year party. We were trully disapointed. We pay 250€ for eveing for two people. We got one glass of champagne, very dry chicken and pork stake with vegetables from refridgerator... It was horrible.. We got only few peaces of meet on table and two small plates of salads and also some fruits and Coffee. Room service was horrible, we were waiting for almost half an hour until someone came to registration to check us in. And what is more, owner of hotel was together in new year evening.. His table was full of food and drinks, and as he got drunk The party ended... It was only about half past one in a morning. Not recommend it at all.. Pool and kitchen are so small, even not enough place if there will be more than 15 people at The same time for breakfast. See photos of our super party evening snacks...

People are treated with no respect or empathy. For sick person who came for reabilitation with jaw injury they give only meals he can not chew like pasta. It very hard for family and close friends to see it. We are hopefully leaving asap

The best things about this health and rehabilitation (yes, it's nothing like hotel, most residents there are for rehabilitation purposes) centre is that a) it is very close to the beach b) close to the city centre but far enough to avoid all the noise c) we have received a different room than I ordered (better) and had our own private entrance, a little kitchen d) area is well maintained It took me 40 mins to check in; Breakfast room is too busy, and there is this specific smell that my child refused to be there and it made her sick, I wasn't having breakfast either because I didn't like the smell either. There is a hospital/medicine/urine smell in corridors (its not a hotel and luckily we had our private entrance, because otherwise I would be walking hospital like corridors with literally sick people). The internet in available only in certain areas, and since its kids vacation time, those sitting areas were always crowded with kids and there nowhere to sit.

It was a really terrible experience... We thought that it is a high quality health centrr, photoes in booking were normal, but in reality, it is worse than some hospitals in Lithuania... A lot of injured people, everything is like left from soviet union, smell is terrible. Just really really didn't like it. We left 30 min after we came, just didn't want to ruin our time by "dying people noises" :/ not recommended. I am an easy person, I like almost everythin, I don't have any special needs, I am not spoiled, but still... I didn't like it.

That was really an experience! We booked a room at the "Wellness Hotel Energetikas" just next to the Baltic Sea. When we arrived there, even with navigation, we could hardly find it. We had to pass a couple of small wooden houses at the beach, finally we stood in front of a "Schlagbaum" which all of a sudden opened and we arrived at these fantastic buildings. We entered the hotel door and the receptionist looked at us with big eyes. When I mentioned that we had a reservation she handed a piece of paper and said: "Fill in". We did so and when we handed the papers over she said: "You have to pay, now!" Ok, it was late and we did. Then she showed our room 4203 after a long walk through the, I have to say, sanatorium - not a hotel!!! The room was a joke and when I wanted to charge my mobile phone, the laptop and iPad, I had to unplug the TV, because there was no other possibility. The laptop I charged in the bathroom! When taking a shower next morning, the water ran into the bathroom and when washing your hands, the tap of the shower flew over - unbelievable! Breakfast was also a joke with a type of sanatorium breakfast. When we wanted to drive out from this territory, the Schlagbaum did not open. I went back twice to reception to ask to open it. Finally we made it and I can clearly say that I will NEVER EVER go back there!!!

I really like my stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and well trained. The location is great - very close to the sea. I agree with another comment - actually there is nothing to complain about, I liked everything - rooms, staff, atmosphere, place and food.
