This hotel is only a two star because of limited facilities but really should be recognised as better than that. Our room,(302, the only one in the hotel with a bathtub!) was very comfortable and spacious. Everything in the hotel seems new and sparkling clean, I think our bed was changed nearly each day. Our room, with it's sitting room was certainly polished and gleaming every day!

The desk staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, offering advice, maps and directions for all our chosen activities. They telephoned restaurants of our choice each evening to ensure we were not disappointed and had boundless knowledge of local tourist attractions.

The breakfasts were better than adequate but not spectacular, as we were only charged 3,5 euros a day, I think it was good value, you would pay that for a coffee in Cyprus, where we live! The location of this hotel is brilliant, very handy on foot for everywhere you may wish to go in the immediate city, easy bus stops for further away. There are plenty of bars and restaurants on the pedestrian street this hotel is situated on but it is only a short walk to the old town, where there is an even larger choice and a very lively café bar scene, We saw absolutely no trouble from gangs or antisocial behaviour at all in this city, young families are out enjoying themselves during the evenings, small children are welcomed in the pavement café bars.
I would certainly return again, it was great!

Room Tip: If you need a bath , ask for room 302, it is the only one with a tub. There is a balcony on the front however, where you could smoke if you wish. These would be noisier rooms but with air conditioning, you probably wouldn't be disturbed much.

Excellent location, but it is very noisy. The walls are very thin, so we could not sleep in as we heard people in the next room getting up early. There was also a café and balcony below and the noise from people talking there, also kept us up.

The light switches were not in a convenient location, and the sockets were also hidden behind the desk and not easily accessible.

Excellent staff; the guy at reception helped us to carry down our suitcase when the elevator was being repaired.

Good value for money. They room was clean and looked brand new, although the hotel was two years old on the day we checked out. Breakfast is OK, but nothing special; probably the least in two weeks travel through the Baltics. All in all, nice room, good bed, convenient location. I'd stay again.

The hotel has no restaurant, but they offer a discount for the restaurant below the hotel. I did not eat there, but I'd higly recommend you to visit restaurant Moksha, which is just around the corner for supurb Indian cuisine and great service. If you prefere self-catering, you can find a supermarket below the hotel.

The hotel is new, fresh and clean. The old town is 10 minutes walking distance, the hotel is at the top floors of cafe/pizza and the IKI shop, very convenient. The breakfast is nice (nice selection of bread, cheese, ham, jam, scramble eggs, sausages, some fruit), the coffee and tea machine available.
The was one unpleasant event however the band of drunk English speaking quests was very loud at night, however it is not the hotel's fault. The one more small thing has to be added, one morning they run out of the black tea, the breakfast lady said only “no tea”, however they did not manage to buy some for the next morning.
Otherwise very nice hotel, friendly price and nice surrounding.

Room Tip: The room at the 3 floor facing main street has a glass wall and shared balcony (warm is summer) nice to have balcony, however when it is shared you do not feel safe enough the leave the balcony door open all time.

Very good hotel for two stars hotel. Clean and comfortable. Best location in old town and parking possibility for four cars. This hotel doesn´t have own restaurant but there are many good cafes in the same street. We were traveling 14 days and the breakfast was the worst in this hotel.
