We have been staying at Bristol Hotel 3 times at the last half a year ( May, October, December) and for sure many more to come.

The spirit of the manager and owner Peter Melnik is evident everywhere and especially in the warm and special attitude of the staff to the hotel guests.

The location of this fine boutique hotel is right at the old city center few meters from St. Elisabeth Cathedral. Plenty of restaurants around and lots of nice stores at the Main Street near by.

The staff are super polite, helpful and guests oriented.
They are very kind and with a lot of goodwill to assist and solve any matter.
I might say that they are behaving with such care like they are part of the owners themselves.

The junior suite 207 is well equipped and very convenient.
Breakfast is great and you can order an omelette as you like. The service is very good and all the products are very fresh and delicious.

The private parking is spacious and if free of charge. A huge advantage when you need parking in the old city center and there is always a place to park the car.

We do recommend this very unique boutique hotel to anyone who would like to feel a little at home when you're away from home.

We are looking forward to to stay at the boutique Bristol hotel again and thank you for making our stays with you so well remembered.

Best Regards,

I & T

The Good: just 10 min. walk from train station, 2.5 min. walk to St. Elisabeth’s Cathedral and major shopping and restaurants. 24 hr. reception desk w/helpful English speaking staff. Free cancellation, complimentary beer/wine coupon, parking. Room 101: very quiet, med. size room, very strong A/C day & night, comfy King bed with twin mattresses, washcloths & fluffy hand towels, TV, desk, storage closet, 2 nightstands and 2 reading lights. Very good free breakfast: OJ, coffees, various cheeses, hot & cold meats, fried & scrambled eggs, bacon, hot mushrooms, cut vegetables, whole & cut fruit, yogurt, cereals, various toppings, breads, toast, some small pastries. On early departure we arranged for free takeaway breakfast: apple, wafers, large sandwich, water bottle.
The Bad: No coffee maker, mini-frig no icemaker, cools to just below room temp. (as in most European hotels), weak WiFi but OK.
Hotel Bristol is a medium priced ($143 w/tax per night) quiet hotel with convenient location, helpful staff, nice rooms and excellent free breakfast.

Excellent location in the old city with private parking , good strength of WiFi, good breakfast, friendly staff, makes our stay in Kosice really nice and welcomed. We choose a business apartment at the top floor which is more than perfect!

Stayed there for business and everything was good. Room was spacious with air condition. Breakfast was also fine. We came by train and the train station is also in walking distance. The hotel itself is in the city center next to the main square.

The hotel is very dated and very basic. But for what it is and the pricing, this is a good option. The rooms and hotel are clean. Comfy bed. The location is excellent and is just off the main old town area. Walk to everything. If you’re ok with basic, this definitely works.
