The hotel is a ten minute walk away from the main train station and ten minutes from the town centre.
It is located on a street where certain ladies offer 'services' for males.
To access the hotel you must pass through a security gate which has cctv watching you. This is good initially and provides for a secure location, however, late at night it has the feeling of a prison as it is locked around 11pm and the night receptionist has to come from the desk to let you in.
The room was large (225) with laminate flooring. The temperature control was seemingly ineffective.
Twin beds were rock hard. The mattress was like a slab of concrete and the pillows were strangely uncomfortable.
The hotel has this 'green' theme which to me was recycled toilet paper and those annoying lights which only switch on after you have bravely plunged into pitch dark corridors.
The wifi in this room did not work despite mentioning it twice to the receptionist.
Breakfast was ok. Nothing special but adequate.
In summary, spend another 5-10 euros to book the Hilton in town centre.More
