This restaurant is simply a delightful experience waiting for you. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are fair. But the food? Amazing.
Go here for dinner, order the wild boar and have the Janousek Zweigeltrebe 2011 wine. The beef cheeks were also very good. But the wild boar was pork cooked to perfection!
The wine was rich yet tannic enough to border on dry and avoided being sweet. I would happily buy it for nice dinners.
Don't be put off if it seems quiet, it was almost empty when we ate there. And don't be surprised if the head waiter teases you a little or makes jokes, it is meant in a friendly way.
At the conclusion, we were offered a brandy -- for free if we could identify the fruit. Ours was Quince.
