poor that all I can say about this place. maybe location is good but rest of the things you can imagine are really POOR! I'll never return to this place! And one guy working there (with scar on his face) should be more friendly, if his is no friendly at all maybe he should just pretending to BE!

The hostel is in a good location however the city is so small I imagine pretty much all the accommodation is central. The rooms claimed to be newly renovated, they had a fresh coat of paint maybe. Take a towel, mine was small and stained. Beds were fine and hostel reasonably quiet at night. The staff were very helpful, gave us directions and booked us a taxi back to the airport. No breakfast included, which isn't normally an issue for me as I like to eat out! However it wasn't the cheapest hostel I'd stayed in and we met people who had a hotel with breakfast for the same price in a better location. Overall this place was fine for a few nights to sleep but would definitely look around a bit more before booking to see if you can get a better deal.

Room Tip: Ask for the fourth floor as these have been recently decorated.

This hostel is not far from city center.
Hotel staff is polite and rooms are large.
Now the minus part:

Beds weren't confortable, bath towels were tiny (even only for drying your hair), there's a table right outside the hostel (my room was facing hostel entrance) and during the night people was standing there playing, drinking or whatsoever, making a lot of noise, and no one from the reception told them to be quiet.

Room Tip: Higher floor not facing the hostel entrance ( very important!)

very nice place to stay. arrived at late at night. building is a little tucked away, so you may spend some time looking for it. especially the town is so small. but place is very purpose built, everything is well thought. can definitely recommend. very central location.

We stayed in a 6 bed, newly opened room which was great, however as it was new the lockers didn't have any locks on them! The room was comfy and clean. A communal area with a fridge/table/chairs was shared by about 4 rooms, along with 2 bathrooms. Trying to get into the bathroom was sometimes an issue as so many people were sharing them. The hostel was quite large so it was very busy and the common room/patio garden provided a good chance to socialise. The common room had free internet and there was also a bar/club area in the basement. Staff were helpful and the hostel was 5 minutes from the main town.

It should be said our room was one of the newly renovated 4th floor private doubles. It was clean and everything did as it should have. Upon arrival, we weren't met with the best reception, seemed cold and disinterested. The Hostel is a party place and we were kept awake all night by party goers in the corridors throughout the whole place. We understand that people like to mingle and have a few drinks but this is usually restricted to the bar area not the 4th floor corridors. Sadly, the staff did nothing to kerb this behaviour. The entrance to the hostel is a little daunting as it is down a crumbly, deteriorated alleyway, lucky we arrived during daylight.

I stayed one night here with two friends in a triple room with bathroom.
The room was confortable and clean. The hostel has a very good position near city centre and airport. Staff is helpful but should give better information about booking of boats to go to Vienna. Reception is often crowded.
