“Modern but pretty standard”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 22, 2013

The centre is easy to reach and it is quite modern and has all the necessary shops, but it wasn't _that_ big, nor did it have anything very special. Big minus for the cafe in the middle of the upper floor, where smoking was allowed so that the surrounding area was impossible to hang in.

“Major shopping mall close to the center and highway”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 8, 2013

Aupark Shopping Center is a large shopping mall, located at the opposite bank of Danube (in the borough of Petrzalka) to the city center. It can be reached by public transport (one stop by No. 83, 93 from stop Zochova or by No. 91 from stop Most SNP under the New Bridge), or by foot - through New Bridge (Most SNP / "UFO" Bridge). Central atrium extends into two corridors with shops on two floors; apart from various fashion shops Aupark includes cinema multiplex, supermarket, electronics stores, bank branches, post office, food court with fast food outlets, cafes and restaurants. Aupark is named after the old name of the nearby park, Sad Janka Krala, with which it borders. On the southern side runs busy D1 highway along with Einsteinova St. Most of shops are open daily 10am - 9pm, supermarket 9am - 10 pm, restaurants also till 10pm, latest shows at Cinema City multiplex start before 10pm. Aupark is quite crowded, especially during weekends.
