I chose it because of the design and photo's shown on web.

It's located 10 minutes (by car) from the old city center.
There's a bus stop across the road (bus # 39, ticket: 0,70 €), a taxi will cost about 7 €/ 20 € at night...

The hotel is situated in a residential area on an inner courtyard from an appartment building. It was quiet now but can imagine in summer being more noisy because people will be out late during sunny evenings.
There are bars and restaurants next to the hotels (which have wi-fi).

Reception was friendly and their English was good enough.

We had the black room (room #3) - which is of course dark because of all the black colour...
A glass cubicle, which can be closed with gold coloured curtains for privacy, is the bathroom; big bath, nice big washbasin, lid of toilet was missing (which I didn't mind). No actual mirror, the wall is coated in black glossy tiles which act as a mirror.
Didn't fancy the toiletries very much but the towels are nice and big.
Good bed with bedside tables and lamps (of which 1 wasn't working), LCD TV, telephone, nice chairs, full length mirror, desk and chair. Minibar and wardrobe with electronic safe.
We slept good and didn't hear any traffic or other noises (there is no 2nd floor)

Breakfast was ok: rolls, cereal, ham, salami and cheese, butter, jam, yogurt.
The juice was some sweet stuff, good coffee though.
Warm breakfast is included (omelet, bacon, sausages, ...) and is freshly fried by the receptionist.

No wi-fi (problems with internet according to receptionist but her screen was showing some online chatsite...)
Couldn't pay with credit card so had to arrange in cash !!! Not sure if this was because of the internet problems or that they generally try to avoid plastic money because receptionist was not apologetic at all.

Parking: we were advised against leaving the car on the road and paid 10€ for secure parking in the hotel. Which is a reasonable rate.

Do mind that it's design so not everything is made for functional reasons ;)
About the design: it's not high end stuff, mostly Kartell but the rooms are nicely done and I found it good value for money, I enjoyed staying here.

Beautifully designed hotel, Friendly helpful staff, yummy breakfast, great value for money. only issue was hotel situated ten minute drive from city centre, this was not a huge issue for us theirs a bus stop right outside hotel and taxis are cheap enough.

Staff speaks bad English. Garage hard to find. We spent 20 minutes trying to find entrance to the garage as the hotel offers bad map. All rooms look nice and modern at the photographs but in reality it is basic design that anybody who looked one magazine can furnish better. You have to wait for 10 minutes until the water in shower gets warm. Had only three towel out of which one had stains. Breakfast poor, not much choice. Wellness did not work. Good point: once when you find it - warm garage (but you share it with other not hotel guest cars as the hotel is situated in part of the apartmant building). Other good point: vicinity of bus station that takes you directly to the centre (20 minutes ride), good coffee shop close to the hotel. You pay extra for the parking. Only 4-5 tv channels, no satelite or cable tv. Staff at the reception is kind but their English is poor. Our room looked nice, beds are good, bedding clean.

We enjoyed a short stay at Hotel 21 just a few days ago, but I am sure we will remember it forever - partly because of the hotel and partly because it was the night after our wedding...:)

We arrived to the hotel very late (at about 5:30am), but had absolutely no problem with checking in. We were recommended room #21 - Rich White (the hotel consists of 21 unique design rooms, very stylish). The hotel is brand new and so do also the rooms look like. Our room was white-silver and almost flawless - the only flaw being a crack on the glass mirror-surface table under a big silver horse-head...:) However I am not sure if it was deliberate or an accident...:)

We especially enjoyed the bathroom with a huge and deep bath tub...very relaxing to sink in hot water after being almost 20 hours on your feet preparing, getting married and celebrating it until late at night...

The room itself was quite big with a large comfy bed. There were two windows in the room and one in the bathroom, so there was enough light in the room.

The staff was very helpful, our thanks goes to the young receptionist and to the breakfast waiter, who had absolutely no problem with fixing us a breakfast outside the breakfast-time and bringing it to our room, so that we could enjoy breakfast in bed.

The hotel is a bit far from the center (though well accessible with public transportation) and the price is a bit high, but we are talking about a new modern design hotel...
