If you are in Veszprem, do not miss an opportunity to have a very good meal there. We went to Medici restaurant late January, about 4-5 pm (too late for lunch and too early for dinner), and inspite of being almost empty of guests (only us and a nice couple at the next table) we were treated excellently, and the food was very well done. Of course, some of the menu offers they did not have, but all they had was faultless - even the Foie Gras salad was made creatively and unusually. We tried the Wild Duck breast, and their famous Carp (?) fish, wine was really good, as well. We were sitting next to an old-fashioned chimney, it was nice and quiet there, low lights and unintrusive service. Our compliments
