I was unfamiliar with Margit Kovacs but was visiting Szentendre and read a variety of glowing reviews of her work and the museum. I decided to visit the museum, and I'm so glad I did! I thought it was organized well and especially appreciated the English-language descriptions of the phases of her work. There's even a room where you can touch some of her pieces, which was a fantastic experience. About halfway through, you feel like you're leaving the museum, but then you have to go through another door to see the rest of the exhibit. Thank goodness the guide indicated the door, or else I would have simply left. Make sure you go into the second space/building, because there's more artwork and it's where you feel her art for yourself.
