This is a lovely restaurant at any time of the year. The low ceilings and cellar-like appearance of the indoor areas give a cosy feeling whatever the weather outside, while the courtyard area open in the summer is cool and peaceful. even with the bustle of the pedestrian areas close by.

Food is a mix of Hungarian and European, prepared with a modern twist but without being pretentious. The menu changes regularly and there are options for vegetarians, and the kitchen will try to accommodate if you have additional requirements (as we discovered on a previous trip).

Staff are friendly and most speak fair English; my aunt liked the place so much when she stayed with us that we visited it twice in four days.

Chose to come here after reading all the fantastic reviews which weren't wrong. Friendly staff, perfect service, fine foods! 1 of us had angus ribeye and 1 had the "pan breaded pork". Plentiful portion and all delicious and fresh. Thanks!

We had high expectations while there were many great comments about the restaurant. We arived on a Friday afternoon and received a moderate welcome. The daily soup offered was very nice and the salmon was also a smartly created piece. We tried the "snitzel" that was more mediocre and under expectations. We could forgive this but the service was very poor. Our waiter forgot to bring us the menu card, once he brought there were many other things in his hands and barely dropped it on our table. He was not greatly familiar with the food and lastly fogot to bring back the excgange when we were anxious to leave.

The steak was stunning! Must try, if you are close to the city. Service is ok, location is in the down town.
