“Enjoy the thermal spa in a modern hotel”
Reviewed September 3, 2012

We were in this hotel with my wife and my children (5 and 8 years old). The hotel is new, clean and it has direct access to the thermal spa. The breakfast and dinner were included. The breakfast contained almost everything for the satisfaction. The variety of meals for dinner is o.k. but without housemade tastes.
We were just for 2 nights so we could respect the light effect of the air condition.
Overall I can offer this hotel who likes thermal spa.

Nice modern hotel conected with thermal spa with water rides, pools etc. Great place for families with childern. Rooms comfortable, clean, modern with balcony. Don't stay only in hotel and spa, go out downtown - visit grat parks, pubs.

Aircon didn't work so we had fans running all the time in the 26C rooms making it hard for the kids to settle at night.
Breakfast and dinner included - reminded us of school dinners which the kids quickly got fed up with. For £40 we had excellent dinners elsewhere.
4 rides in waterpark, one wavepool, one small kids and one big pool. After 3 days all the rides had been tried plenty of times - wouldn't recommend staying for longer than 2-3 days. Of other activities were snooker, basketball game, darts game, PS/3 and Wii - all against a fee, so bring plenty of coins.
Saunaworld was 5 wrinkly old men walking about in the buff with 2 very small saunas and 2 equally small steam rooms.
My wife tried the namastie massage - complete waste of time and money.
The pedicure on the other hand, was well worth it.
All in all very relaxing - we spent all day by the pool, but the hotel needs to up the ante and they should consider more rides in the waterpark.

Room Tip: Don't get 102-108, 202-208 or 302-308 if it's hot - these rooms are heat traps and the airco...

we are now in this hotel, it is nice so far the food the hotel, but the only thing i can complain this time there is a connection of this hotel which is the pool and the other facilities life sauna's, fitness, beauty wellness and so on but today there is something to do like Hungarian comedy which is more interesting for us because we are the tourist here and when we go we let us pay 1,500 forent for the show and the my son is 3 years old normally when you have a child so its free but we pay just to see the show or comedy show,. it is just 2 mins to go up to that podium and its done!!!!! what a show!!!!!!!! And when we go down to say something what is that, the woman say its till 2am in the midnight and we say its for the show we come not for to swim! And we dont even wear swim suit for the pool!!!! its really lying or fooling the people!!! She can even say to us its only 4 or 5 mins the show is done or you don't need to go in that show just swim! We pay for nothing! they never give us back the money means they are Cheating us as a tourist!!!! and the hotel dont protect us even if they stay in there Hotel for long days!!!!!!!! In case like this they must also protect there guest!!!!!! We don't go there to swim.... we can swim the full day if we like, we like to see the show!!!! So its depressing this kind of attitude that they don't protect us as a tourist in here.......so upset!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Room Tip: no comment what you see be carefull!!!!!!! sure in other facilities that is connected in the Hotel...

The hotel has a great connection to the Thermal Complex, which is great and conveniently located from all sight of the city. Itself yet needs quite a bit of attention on details to take away the feel of a slaughter house.

The guests are a good mix of Czech, Slovakian, Austrian and Hungarian families, so it is great spot with small children as we traveled, you do not feel alone and uncomfortable that your kid would disturb relaxing couples. On another note this family mass tourism experience kicks back with the way things handled and the selection of services ( rooms available but as "your assigned room" not clean yet no flexibility in case you arrive earlier than 3pm to get another one). The room we got was worn out, and the carpet would have needed a major cleaning besides the bathroom did not give the feeling of being clean at all (mold in the corners, not properly cleaned glass wall). The main restaurant opens only for breakfast and dinner only for buffet, always crowded loud and service is slow and courteousness.

If you choose this hotel, make sure you aware that your badge to the water park not able to consume food and beverage and you can only start using the facilities after midday.

Room Tip: Rooms from _22 are facing to the backside of the hotel, which wing is quiet.
