It is really mad to find this kind of restaurant in such village.
Not that I have a bad impression about that village, in contrary
It is a producing area of great wines, but it gives the impression that it is found in nowhere, so to find this restaurant there it is like finding paradise as far as food and environment are concerned.
We had a great meal. The food was made from fresh and of great quality ingredients.
Every bite was an explosion of tastes.
We had a wine tasting too. We ask from the staff to pair each of our plates with a different glass of wine from the region.
The food was a pairing of traditional and nouvelle cuisine. It was rather a gourmet restaurant and although we left our table with full stomach, I would say that it is not a restaurant for those who search for quantity.
We spent €80 for 6 (a la carte) courses: 2 starters, 2 mains, 2 desserts, 6 glasses of wine, and 2 glasses of digestive drinks. Which I think it's more than a fair price.
I wish I' ll be there again some time.
