On the sunny Sunday afternoon when we arrived here, it was very crowded, so we visited next day. It was the 1st of October and entrance fee became lower.
The outside pools are closed (no water), but inside was very nice with fewer guests.

There are medicinal thermal baths (warmer) beside the cave baths for relaxation.
Sauna, massages available with extra fees. Lunch, snack area conveniently located.
In the afternoon we laid on the deck chairs outside next to the park area listening to the birds singing.

This is a nice place to visit, but in high season the impression might be different.
Late summer in 2012 heat waves from the Mediterranean were as far as here; so we were lucky enough to enjoy warm weather outside, too.

The complex is not so big but I don't know any similar attraction in Europe ! When the schools are out it can be a loud and packed place so avoid the crowds and visit on weekdays. In the winter the thermal pool outside is unmissable !

Cave Spa is a great place to spend your day. The caves are wonderful as you can swim into it with lights under the water, great waterfalls and the planetary aka dark room is really nice.
Other services like sauna is ok, some of the outdoor pools are ok, water is quite cool , good to swim, but the whole area of the spa is not that big.

Upon entering your not really sure what to do or where to go, we needed to search for assistance to know the procedure but made it through.
We walked the caves and searched for a place to relax, unfortunately it seems the other guests were more interested in trying to hold conversations over top of the waterfalls and go figure, the echo was deafening.
We stayed for about an hour but then left, it was just to loud, I mean it was REALLY loud and annoying that one could find no place to relax, some decided to use the baths to practice swimming Olympic style.
Since there were no lifeguards to be seen, it was a free for all.
All in all a nbice place, I cannot imaging the volume in summer when it is full.
