The first thing we were not aware of is that the lake is a minimum of 2 meters deep so you have to hold onto something or swim. Many people buy foam float things but we did not realise. There are few instructions in other languages so we spent a fair amount of time wandering around. The minimum time is 3 hours and that's probably about 2 hours too much. You can lie on loungers on the grass around the pool and there did seem to be plenty but we had to pay about £10 each
The lake was not as warm as I was expecting but was Ok but after about 30 minutes we were well is that it?
My skin did feel soft when I left but I'm not sure it was particularly good value for money and definitely would not bother again.

There is no person who can speak english. I never ever recomend to any of my friends to visit this terrible place. If I ask to close my garderob, they sell me sauna ticket. When I asked for swimming ring they said that I will get it in lake area, but they never said that I must have cash money in my swimming trouses. The lake is full of tourists, they block the stairs that are for geting out of the lake.

I read and hear about this larger thermal lake in the world and never I can think to see so such of natural place.
I enjoy so much of this warm and thermal water and his health benefits
The town and beautiful gardens are a quiet place for a total relax.

This is the largest natural Thermal Lake in Europe and a must to visit. Stay for an hour or a day and enjoy floating in warm waters all year round. Plenty of facilities, but take your own towels and floating rings.

We were here with our 7 months old baby and it was beautiful day. For full day ticket we pay 5500 HUF (around 17 EUR), maybe little bit expensive, but it is worth it. Water is really warm, about 33 degrees celsius. You have multiple option to get in lake, with ladders or stairs and water is also good for some health issues. Around lake are nice places, when you can lay down on grass. I recommend visit here for everyone.
