Stunned by the quality of the food and staff at Ikon. Wide range of both Hungarian dishes with some French alternatives for those not feeling brave. Quality and service was excellent but most impressive was the sommelier and the pairing of Hungarian wines for each persons course and willingness to try new experiences. This introduced some of our group to the pleasures if Cabernet Franc and others to some very excellent and great value high end wines that we didn't realise that we would find. Top of my list for future trips to Debrecen.
