Our family agreed it was the best meal of the 11 or so days we had spent in Budapest. The meal was excellent, and the service extremely attentive. It was a very relaxed pleasant space and environment. We were there in June and it was covered but open air (open walls). Also outside dining but it was raining that night. Seems very popular with local residents - we may have been the only tourists there that night. The menu is extensive and has good variety, even of fish - it seems unusual in Budapest to see a good variety of fish on the menu. I had the red mullet which was perfect. You can check out the menu online and it does have English translations. http://www.mannalounge.com/gastro.d2 The restaurant is located on the back side (not facing the river) of Castle Hill in Buda, below the top of the hill. You can take stairs down from near the "Hospital on the Rock" attraction, but if you're not taking a taxi there, be sure to get someone to mark it well on the map for you.
The area is leafy green residential.
