I had an excellent time on the Sunday Morning Tour. I had only a few days in Budapest and this was definitely a highlight! I learned so much, and really appreciated the knowledge of Attila, a fantastic local. I was able to take all the pictures I wanted and move at a comfortable place, also taking time to relax with lemonade in a beautiful park. I saw so many places that I absolutely never would have found on my own. I definitely recommend this tour!

We could not recommend Attila's Ruinpub tour more highly! Attila was so knowledgeable and fun to spend time with. We came away with so much information about the history, art and culture of the neighborhood, and had a blast! Our only regret is that we didn't do it our first evening in Budapest.

Do not miss this tour!

My husband and I really enjoyed the time we spent in Budapest with Attila as our guide. The tour was personal, interesting, insightful and the time flew by. Well worth doing!

We had a fabulous tour with Attila!! He has such in-depth knowledge of the ruin pub district, including the amazing murals, great book stores, and art in the area! He introduced to more than the local beer, but other traditional drinks, and food! The stop at Ricsi's World Jewish Street Food was a highlight!!
Attila has put together a tour full of the very best sights in the ruin pub area, and without his guidance it would have taken up a long time to ferret out these spots.
We appreciated his low-key demeanor, his knowledge, insights and recommendations!!
You won't be disappointed with this great small group tour through some fascinating sites!!

We went on Attila's Thursday afternoon tour in May and had the BEST time with him! We were staying in the Jewish quarter and wanted to learn more about interesting shops/bars/restaurants/art/spaces in the neighborhood, this tour more than delivered. It's not a pub crawl, and it's so much more informative and interesting than the walking tours (we tried those too). He walked us around to all his favorite spots, explaining the culture and history of the places and what he liked about them. We ate some tasty snacks and had a few drinks along the way too, and he even provided us with a cool printed map at the end so we could go back and revisit some of the spots (which we did). If you're looking for an interesting way to experience the culture of the neighborhood from a guy with lots of unique stories then absolutely sign up for this! His website and blog are also super helpful and we had actually explored the city and gone to some of his recommended restaurants before we even took the tour.

HIGHLY recommended!
