The food and the wine were excellent, the service very good and the bill reasonable for the kind and quality of restaurant. One of the best restaurants I have had the pleasure of eating at. Don't miss the foie gras.

The food, wine and service are all excellent, it is the showcase for Traditional Hungarian gastronomy and wines. From start to finish, it was absolute perfection. We tried lamb goulash and pasta everything was very recommendable.

Magyarqtr is located across from the Danube (pest side) between the Elizabeth and Liberty bridges. The terrace has a decent not great view but who cares when the food is more than decent. Hungarian cuisine presented with an updated twist. The chefs suggestions require serious consideration but the regular menu has delights too such as the pork belly with barley risotto. The staff is very friendly and helpful but at times can get a little behind- relax have another sip of the good Hungarian wine they recommended look at the lit up liberty bridge and gellert baths- something good to eat will arrive soon

This is the place where i can taste a real hungarian food with the modern twist.
I enjoyed the gulash it was out of the world.after a nice chicken with "lecso",Wery impressive.Thay have a huge selection of wines to.
The service fast and wery polite wit good english.

We stumbled across this restaurant when walking along the Danube. The staff were extremely helpful and gave advice on what dishes to eat. The traditional Hungarian food with a modern twist was delicious! A particular highlight was the rhubarb, pecan and ginger dessert- stunning.
