A lovely deco interior and well located for any National Opera goers..... But the food is decidedly pedestrian after the experiences of other great Hungarian restaurants. The food was very much standard Hungarian fare with ample choice of Duck ,Vension , duck livers schnitzel etc.
We sent the brioche on one dish back as it had been microwaved to resemble a bullet - 2 were returned and very moist !
Unfortunatley we got preoccupied with a loud row on the table mea us between the staff and UK guests
The position of ou table at the end of the restaurant meant we had to constantly hassle for win to be poured - nothing lif threatening but for a high priced meal we thought it was mediocre and wouldnt recommend to others - Hungarian friends tell me that Fausto which is 5 mins away would be a much better option .
