I recommend this place. I hate tourist traps so I decided to give this place a try. It was close to my hotel and I was super sore from hiking around town the prior two days. I booked a massage to begin two hours after I arrived. I was extremely excited about the value ($30 something for time in the facilities and a 50 minute massage).
I’m a red blooded male, and always will be:
The debacle happened when a burly man showed up and directed me “remove clothes” while he stood there and watched. The second I felt his giant man hands rubbing on my calves I politely asked for a female. After he wrangled the manager and we conducted a 10 minute meeting about why I’d prefer a female massage therapist (while I’m draped in a towel mind you), the manager said she would have a female available in 2 more hours. I declined, and asked for a refund. They happily obliged, and I went on my way.
I realize this is strictly a cultural difference and I don’t blame anyone. Being from the US, it’s generally assumed that a female would be conducting a massage on a male - generally unless specified otherwise. Moral of the story, tell them upon entry to the spa if you’d prefer one sex or the other as your therapist.
Another thing to note is that the only thing that separates the massage areas are some light (almost see through) curtains. It’s much more of a hospital vibe than a spa. So, make sure you’re cool with that if you want to do the massage thing.
No blood, no foul. I’d still recommend this place.

It has everything what is needed for a relaxing afternoon, saunas, baths, buffet and sun-beds. The entrance fee is very reasonable. Everything was good, we had a very good time here.

It's kind of a small place in Budapest with 4 pools (2 inside and 2 outside). The bath itself is really good but for your own sake DON'T eat in the buffet! It doesn't worth your money!

Took a massage here as it was really cheap, about 15e/ 50min. Really rough environment. Even though my wallet was happy, everything was so clumsy that I probably would not go again. The best part was the really nice and lovely lady working on the cashier.
You won't find tourists or hoards of young people here, but you will have a nice experience. The desk staff and the person manning the locker room speak English and are very helpful. The pools are not overly large and there's room for everyone. We were lucky because it was within walking distance of our apartment. What struck me is how clean everything was. That too me was what made this little spa attractive. Also the price can't be beat in Budapest.
The cheapest of all the spas but the smallest. Nothing special but has all the main attractions of a spa - sauna, steam room, pool etc. If you plan on going to other spas give this one a miss.
