Having traveled to many of the Four Seasons properties, I will have to say that this was not the most memorable (unlike Florence). The service was pretty average given that the restaurant was mostly empty for dinner at around 7pm on a Wednesday. The food was mostly average by Four Seasons standards and I actually had difficulty remembering that I ordered the prawns when asked later in the bar by the manager. The lamb shank was well prepared and the onion soup was quite good. We sampled two deserts and found the Grand Marnier parfait to be quite interesting. The chocolate souffle...not so much.
