I booked this apartment for a pre-wedding lad's trip to Budapest (you could call it a stag weekend I suppose!). There were 7 of us in the group and this apartment was ideal for that number. The location was great for access to Budapest's many ruin pubs - you are right in the heart of the nightlife. Our flight was delayed and we arrived 2 hours later than expected - but Gabor (the owner) was waiting patiently for us. He gave us the keys and left us to it, only reappearing when we were ready to leave on the Sunday. The apartment is furnished, as the pictures would suggest, in an industrial design. This is certainly quirky, but of course it does have a somewhat 'unfinished' feel to it. Having said that, the bathroom/ wetroom is very impressive, with a modern and efficient shower. There is no TV but there is a good WIFI connection. The apartment block itself has real character. I suspect its what many of the ruin bars used to look like before they were converted into nightspots. Overall, this is a good bet for a short stay in central Budapest.
