We were facing the Budapest Eye directly while drinking. Half of the bar shares this fantastic view. It is quite an Instagram-worthy bar. Innovative cocktails have wow factors for both taste and presentation. The complementary snacks are also surprisingly good.

We popped in for a quick drink, and ended up having 4 cocktails and a snack.
It is within a hotel, But unlike some other bars it doesn’t feel as though you are intruding. It’s very relaxed, dim lighting, fire on one side. The staff were lovely, we didn’t have to wait more than five minutes for anything. The cocktails were great, perhaps a little showy ( dry ice, weird glasses) but were not style of substance, they tasted great. Also had dim sum, which were delicious!! Well worth a visit.

So we popped in to the bar with some friends to have a drink tonite. Two bartenders were there but did not care about our arrival. After 20 mins we managed to order some drinks. When we asked what snacks they had, the lady said, different types but didn’t say more. Then we wanted to pay but neglected us. When we finally managed to pay, we asked whether with the bill we can validate our parking ticket or not (car parked in the hotel’s garage). The lady said, at the reception. The receptionist said no, that is not possible, we misunderstood something. We did not. How pathetic it is to charge extra for the parking after paying a lot at the bar... other hotels never do this. Clearly not a five star hotel. Very bad experience.

First and foremost, thank you so much for visiting our bar. We are truly saddened to realize that you were disappointed and that the inconveniences where shadowing your overall experience, for which we do apologize.
Inevitably, there are times when our busy operation can, in fact, lead to a little longer waiting time but we do hope that such exceptions do not alter the overall positive and high perception our bar is known for. We sincerely believe that there was an unfortunate misunderstanding regarding the parking at the underground garage. Parking on the street over the weekend is free of charge in Budapest certainly, however, the secured car parking downtown and in the city, at every venue, has a cost attached, which is not subject of other consumption of the guests, unless stated otherwise.
We hope that you will visit us again and give us an opportunity to reverse your most recent negative experience into a wonderful one.

we stopped here on a night out to sample the amazing cocktails.We sat at the bar and spend an amazing few hours chatting to the barmen or should i say mixologist as his cocktails where amazing and of a standard of other high end cocktail bars we have visited around the world.he is a asset to this bar and we look forward to visiting again.thanks for a great night

Stopped here with my partner before our river cruise, ordered a glass of red wine, unknown to me the glass had a crack which when tilted leaked over my white t shirt ruining it, a replacement drink came, my partner then ordered a wine which when being poured also leaked out of a hole in glass over the table. No acknowledgement of the destruction of my outfit or renumeration

We were further alarmed to notice now the incident with your outfit, which was, unfortunately, not recognized by us and suddenly not address by you during your visit, letting you go in such a negative note.
