From the street you dont realise the tranquility and relaxation that awaits you inside. Once you step in you know you are in store for something fabulous. The modern tranquil design already adds so much to the experience. Staff is friendly and helpful and speaks great English. The waiting area has a fantastic atmosphere with calming lighting and free teas and bites of fruits or sweets. I had a 75 minute massage - which was excellent, calming and soothing and exactly the right strength for me by what seems like an experienced and well trained masseuse. My one issue was that the massage chair made noise a crackling noise with each pressure or push of the massage. A small issue that i assume can easily be resolved. I will definitely come back.

I have been to quite a few day spas in Budapest and Mandala is by far the best! It's an oasis of serenity with beautifull facilities and a large selection of treatments. The therapists are amazing and so proffesional and the rest of the staff is very kind. They have a very nice sushi lunch which I recommend. A must when visiting Budapest!
