Although the message was strong and clear the presentation was poor. Extremely busy attraction which is quite expensive. The headphones are an absolute must. However the information is long and boring at the beginning whereas the latter part of the museum is more interesting but you had lost concentration by then.A Ridiculous wait for the lift to the basement which is unsafe as there is no stairs/ fire escape. We walked all the way back round the exhibit to walk down to the basement.

Nazi or soviets? Who are the worst at harming the Hungarian people? Such oppressive and destructive regimes. Killing machines both. This museum is laid out like an IKEA store. You move along a single track from one impressive display to another. Lots of audio visuals add to the experience. You come out exhausted.

Just an important topic and useful information that this museum has turned into an absolute joke. There were no audio earphones available and it was really slow and not very busy. To go thur this museum without audio is a waste of time. Lots and lots of tv screens in small areas that just clog up the line and a 4 minute ride on an elevator to get to the basement is absurd
We have been to s lot of museums in the world and this was the worst. We tried to tell the receptionist and workers but they could care less. Total waste of time and money!

This is a must experience place. Be sure to get the tour headset. It is important for adults and teens to see this site. Unforgettable!

I was very excited to visit this museum. Im a WWII history buff and do everything I can when I visit anywhere to go to their WWII museum. The let down started at the front door where the door man was extremely rude in his management of the line. Then as we entered the museum we were told that there was no English audio guide. Ok no problem, most of the exhibits have English translations. No- the replacement was paper essays at the doorway to each room of the museum. Literal essays. While everyone else had an iPad with pictures and proper explanations. It felt like a let down. Too much to read and it was not clear what I should be looking at and how it related to the stories in the essay. By the time you finish the museum you are holding a small novel. I was not impressed.
