Hungarian baths with a view

During the day we visited the city and around 6 pm we went to relax. Hungarian bath facility not overly large, but satisfying. The view of the city from the swimming pool outside is beautiful. Good organization and great price.

Aggressive staff

I was in the Rudas bath yesterday. Never again. Rude service. Aggressive staff. Arrogant and xenophobic lifeguard. Never again!

First Visit

I love a good relaxing sauna or bath, and this was my first visit to Budapest so the baths were a must. Great historic location, the central bath had a great atmosphere. Saunas were super hot, showers super cold. Multiple pool temperature options. Male only day, so you get a loincloth to cover the front, which you switch to the back in the sauna, though some went without, and a few took two to cover both sides. As soon as you get wet they are basically pointless anyways. People kept to themselves during my experience.

Excellent historical baths

Have visited these baths for many years now on male only days.

There used to be quite a lot of friendly gay activity in the showers and sauna but it seems to have stopped now. Although there still was a regular money boy (but he must be pushing 35-40 now🤔🤨) strutting around looking for customers to take downstairs to his cubicle for whatever. In saying about downstairs, there was a little observing going on down here.

On arrival If you enter the first area of cubicles walk straight through till you see stairs going down on your right, go down 2 levels and activate your wrist locker key in the lower level and keep your eyes open down there, can be interesting.

Aquatic Thermal Furdo Delight.

We are absolutely spoilt, living in the Majestic, Historical - City of Budapest, Hungary, the number of Thermal Furdo's, that are available for us to visit and enjoy.
Rudas Furdo, is a delight to visit.
It's facilities for ALL, inclusive of children and those with disabilities, makes your visit joyous and relaxing.
It is a public facility, that is operated, in a displayed form, of total professionalism.
Staff are polite, obliging and courteous, present, for your safety and well being.
They are available, if required, to make your visit an unforgettable experience.
Cleanliness - is factorially noticeable, the attention to detail paid by staff.
This includes, in these testing and challenging times we ALL live, prior to entry, that ALL undergo a body temperature check, which is not of an invasive process.
We encourage ALL, when visiting our Home and Capital City of Budapest, Hungary and numerous other thermal facilities spread throughout Hungary, that you make time to visit them.
You will have a lifetime joyous ever lasting memorable experience.
