This spa seems to be 19th century style. Many pools, displaying different temperatures but feeling all the same. Not organized. No messaging streams. Old neglected showers, crowded. The water seem to be not clean (it may be the minerals). I shall not go there again.

What a fabulous place. Even in winter steam surrounds the warm natural outdoor pools making it great fun and turning all ages into giggle infested children. Inside are various pools and saunas of varying temperatures but it’s the outside that mustn’t be missed

Very disappointed.
Not very clean.
Some pools inside smelly.
Over priced, had to buy plastic flip flops for £10 and caps (didn’t need them)
Would have preferred a hot bath at hotel 🤷🏻‍♂️

Went when the weather was quite cold so the baths themselves were very nice hot but because the temperatures were so hot you were freezing when you go out!
The pools inside weren’t really warm so some one them had nobody in. The outside pools were better in my opinion.
Had to buy flip flops that worked out at £9 a pair so might be best to take your own.
Booked in for a massage and it was amazing! Felt so relaxed after it and it was definitely the best part.
Lots of couples there but also a few groups of friends so it would be perfect for anyone.
Food was nice but the staff didn’t seem the nicest in the buffet restaurant.

Booked for a massage and the pool, a little bit uncomfortable with all the masseurs coming out to the exact second to pick up their customers. Massage was carried out in a small cubicle and the masseur spoke no English, when I showed him what shoulder needed massaging, he massaged the wrong one.
My husband enjoyed it but for me it was below average, just another number to them.

The pools were mostly quite crowded and full, I would imagine they would be like this at all times of opening with it's popularity.

Changing rooms were on all different floors, yoy wear an electronic bracelet which you use to enter your cubicle and lock it. Did not feel very safe leaving my things in a small room.

Pool was quote warm but not as warm as the blue lagoon. Didn't stay long as had an itinerary to follow, but didn't feel I wanted to either 😏
