There are plenty of economical places to eat within a block. Chains include McDonalds and Burger King. There are quite a few Turkish restaurants with ready-to-eat food. Since this is a budget hotel, I'm sure some guests will be happy with these budget places to eat.
I had a quiet room at the end of a hallway. No problems with it. The bed was fine. The room was clean.
The guy at the front desk was very pleasant and eager to help when I checked in.
Breakfast buffet had plenty to choose from and food quality was good.
Internet was included in the price, but it was spotty. This is my only complaint about this hotel. Although I had a strong signal, the data connection speed was generally slow and downloads often halted for a minute or longer. I found that there was no point in trying to download a youtube video, not even a short one. The connection was adequate for checking email and viewing some simple websites, and for making a Skype audio phone call. I'd speculate that the problem is that the username/password combination is just too simple, so that all the neighbors use it for free.
The TV had two English-language channels: a BBC news channel and a sports channel. It also had a couple of channels each for other major European languages. I didn't use it much - I just used the internet.More
