“avoid tourist crowds!”
Reviewed October 3, 2012

way too touristy. move to surrounding areas, prices get cheaper and food quality gets better. plus you avoid intruding waiters yelling at you in your (?) mother tongue while walking on the street.

“Vaci”
Reviewed September 30, 2012 via mobile

Very beautiful buildings, nice promenade and a lot of shops. Many restaurants - be careful Gulasch soups are not the same everywhere.

“Overpriced”
Reviewed September 28, 2012

Seems that this street visit only tourist, there are almost only shops with souveniers and restaurants, both are overpriced compared to the local prices. You can have a better dinner somewhere else (see tripadvisor recommendation).

“Love the architecture & outdoor cafes”
Reviewed September 24, 2012

Loved the art nouveau & succession architecture. Look for the flower shop; inside are incredible inlaid wood cabinets, tile floor, and some of the most beautiful flowers (vintage/old-timey roses). In Aug they had Christmas decorations (I ignored those, but figure they still need to earn a living).

“Nice atmosphere.”
Reviewed September 8, 2012

Good atmosphere, but very touristy as one would expect. For eating and shopping go elsewhere. Good for an evening walk.
