This is a gorgeous church with no entrance fee. Do not miss it. Well worth your time. You can even see the hand of St. Stephen if you are curious.

While we were waiting for the organ concert to start, I had a chance to observe the interior of this Basilica. It is not a really large church but the amount of gold leaf is impressive. The interior is also in excellent condition.

My only disappointment was that the organist did not play the church pipe organ.,

The church is very beautiful to see. It is free time get in with the option to give a donation. There's an exhibit of St Stephen's right hand that is over a 1000 years old.....

Yet another stunning building, photo chance yet again but be careful not to trip over the other snappers. Go inside and view the dome and the opulent decoration.

We were there just as they were preparing for the mass and parade of St Stephens hand thru the city. It took us a while to understand which St Stephan this was. The basilica is beautiful and well worth the visit.

St Stephen's Basilica is a beautiful church situated in a lovely square. It is free to go in and wonderful inside. Lit up at night.

Definitely have a stroll inside this basilica as it's stunning and free to visit. Also be sure to go to the top (there are stairs or an elevator) for panoramic views of the city!

Although it seems that if you've seen one basilica you've seen them all, but every one has their little differences and stories. So does this one. But be sure to go up to platform - that was a grand view on the city!
