“One of the most beautiful buildings of the World”
Reviewed April 19, 2012

This is the second most beautiful building of Parliament in the World after the one in London, even though, you can't see anything of it in this bad picture.

“impressive building”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

guided tours of this remarkable building in budapest offer a great view of the country's parliament. standing as tall as st. stephens' basilica, the parliament building commands a impressive location on the danube. home to the original legendary crown and scepter of st. stephen (copies abound all over the city) a visit to the parliament is a satisfying experience.

“A must see!”
Reviewed April 18, 2012

With magnificent exteriors and interiors, this is a must to see if in Budapest for more than a day. Be in line at 8:00 AM to buy tickets, no reservations allowed. Tickets are sold the same day of the visit, and it fills up quickly. Visits are guided, so make sure you pick the right language!

“huge, stunning”
Reviewed April 17, 2012

Makes you wonder why a small country needs such a large parliament, but despite that, it's stunning by day and especially when lighted at night. A tour is a historical treat. See the Interior Ministry building across the street where little makers show the many bullet holes where young Hungarians were slaughtered during the 1956 revolution.
