Buda Royal Castle
The huge building on the south end of the hill fortress was a royal palace, with different styles and looks in the historical period, starting from the XIV. century. Rebuilt 400 years later, while the largest reconstruction works be carried out after the Second World War. In the day and age there are Historical Museum of Budapest, the Hungarian National Gallery and the National Széchenyi Library (Széchenyi Könyvtár).Buda is perfect "antidote" to speed through the crowd and Pest. Hilly Buda can be seen as sigh of fresh air, especially during the hot summer months.
