The hotel itself is excellent for business and sightseeing. The hotel has no restaurant but the bar area offer good food and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all facilities.

I really liked this hotel which justifies its 4 stars.

The room was comfortable though rather small. The breakfasts were very good and their is pleasant bar.

The big adavantage of this hotel is it's location which couldn't be better - right in the centre and a few minutes walk to the Danube.

This hotel is situated in the heart of the city, ideal for tourists wishing to enjoy the historical sites of this east European capital. The Buda river bridge is very close to the station, ideal for a leisurely stroll and romantic evening.
Local buses and metro provide clean comfortable travel to all the tourist sites
The hotel is clean, convenient and reasonably priced; good value for money.

I really like this place, my room was fine if the carpet had stains it's because of the people who stay here... I liked the priveledge lounge and in the evenings wine was available along with some very tasty snacks. The staff were pleasant and the breakfast was ok. I try not to expect perfect bacon and eggs but everything was edible and hot...

I like the fact that it is only an upmarket B&B, there are so many places around that I tried and enjoyed I guess most people would not eat lunch or evening meal in a hotel.

All I can say is for this position and for the cost, it was enjoyable, pleasant and cordial....

Room Tip: Go for superior, not much more but worth it

this hotel was fine. we stayed in the basic room. the beds were two twins, very small, and very uncomfortable beds, the bathroom was tiny! we asked for ice, and they brought it to us in an ice cream bowl, so basically we got 4 cubes. the hallway smelled like mold, and had bleach stains or something bleached parts of the hallway carpet.

the location was in the center of a shopping/walking street which was nice. staff was friendly, and we never had to wait for an elevator. the wifi was fast as well.

You will never lost your hotel, if you'll stay here. Absolutely great location. Good rooms. We had infrared sauna in our room, great to warmup after long walking tours in this Windy City. Everything was fine, we stayed fir two nights. Only thing I can notice is a poor room service, for example, we used some sugar and tea, and it wasn't refilled. The rest of the staying in this hotel was great!

We stayed in the superior room no. 705 for four nights. There was free Wi-Fi and Privilege Lounge access included It was not very big but anyhow big enough. The carpet was very dirty and told us what kind of guests stay there and that the management doesn't care about cleanliness so much. It should be removed. There was mold between tiles in the bathroom. Towels had a smell of acetic acid or something like that. I couldn't use it for my face. Every day they forgot to bring something; tea or shampoo or vanity set... But linen was good and wifi, too. We really hated to go to have breakfast. It seems many tours use the hotel so it was always very crowded and noisy. Everytime there was some food missing so I had to ask to bring. There were not enough waiters for those crowds. One day there was no napkin to hold loaves of bread so everybody was touching bread. When I told this to the main waiter he said he would bring a napkin but I said: "And bread, too!" I was also surprised to find pasta and polenta at vegetable corner. But watermelon was very good and there was cappucino and espresso, too. We usually had coffee at the Privilege Lounge, because most of time there was nobody. There were just the same biscuits in different shapes there every morning and sometimes more in the afternoon, sometimes the same. It was only the last day that we could find some good dishes in the evening like stuffed baby pappers dry tomatos which were really very good. We felt they had very few guests with Privilege Lounge so they didn't care much about it. We ordered a taxi to the airport the previous day but it came about 10 min late without any apology. We thank Miss Dayana Leonel for her kindness. The best thing of this hotel is location. With my experience in Europe I can say this is more 3 star than 4 star hotel.
