As a part of our honeymoon trip, we stayed in the Corner Suite on the Executive floor. Our whole stay was wonderful - from the welcome bottle of champagne and most stunning city views to the quick and seamless room service - we were pampered throughout our stay. The breakfast area on the third (Executive) floor was quiet and very well organised with impressive view of the city, and the food was sublime.
The only complaint I would make is that one of the concierges was quite unpleasant. We booked a stay in Szechenyi Baths with him and he was completely uninterested in our questions. We felt that he just wants to get us "off his case" and get his commission for booking us the experience. That did spoil our day a bit.
But hey, other than that, we were really happy with the rest of the staff and facilities. One person does not make the hotel - but just be prepared for him and don't let him disrupt your stay :)More
