Rooms are quite small but comfy beds. Shower sprayed the whole bathroom as it jumped out of the holder on full power. Not enough shelf space in the bathroom or by the beds for guests to put their own things as the hotel has filled all the space with info about the hotel, the pillows, the rooms service etc. I asked for a kettle but then realised there were no cups anyway so had to make tea in a glass. Restaurant is a bit on the small side too and were really fond of salt in the food. Breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was clean and nicely decorated but not really anything memorable.

Advantages.

Hotel is located in the city center near Danube and beautiful Freedom bridge. It gives good start point for city exploring. Hotel surroundings are very nice. Metro station is located closely (5-7 min. walk).
Reception staff was polite, kind and helpful. They were glad to help in information search, difficulties, etc.
Room was very cosy and nice decorated, but a little small.
There were very convenient beds and pillows in our room.
Hotel has free and fast wifi, which worked stably.
Breakfasts was OK, but not excellent.

Disadvantages.

Room cleaning. I had found hairs on the floor and under sheet right after settlement was done.
We stayed in the hotel during 10 days and real room cleaning was done only 2 times. Trash bin was emptied only 2 or 3 times and after we put overflowed bin on a conspicuous place in the room. In other days room cleaning consisted in just making up the beds - that was all.
Periodically sewage stink spread from the bathroom to the room and we was forced to close bathroom door tightly.
Bathroom door had no a lock.
There was some strong “chemical” smell in corridor.
Room sound protection is not so good.
Breakfasts was poor in choice for 4-stars hotel. Breakfast room is small enough and narrow.

Tips.

Try to get room with window looking in inner yard. Such a room will be more quiet, because Vaci street, where the hotel is located, is noisy.

I don’t advice to visit hotel restaurant or numerous touristic restaurants on Vaci street. Go to Araz bistro, which is part of Zara hotel, located between two next streets one of this is called 'So utca'. Food in Araz bistro is better and cheaper, quality of service is higher.

Hotel airport transfer is expensive. But you may ask reception to call taxi from the city, having given call number. You can find taxi service call numbers in Inet, for example. It’s allowed in this hotel.

Room Tip: Try to get room with window looking in inner yard. Such a room will be more quiet, because Vaci stre...

Central situation is excellent. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfast was first class. If I come back to Budapest, this is where I'll stay. The air conditioning worked well. The room was immaculate.

This hotel is right in the middle of the city, just off the Danube river.
Traveling with public transport (Bus 200E and metro Line 3), it took about 40 minutes between the hotel and the airport, for a mere £2, absolute bargain.

The Estilo Fashion hotel is 2 min walk from the market, and situated at the bottom end of the pedestrian-only tourist street with lots of decent restaurants and all the usual tourist souvinir shops.

The staff at the hotel was very helpfull, the room well decorated and clean, free wi-fi and the breakfast really good (try the scrambled eggs with chives and the Hungarian sausages!)- all in all well worth a visit.

I stayed in Hotel Estilo for 2 nights and I enjoyed the stay.

It is a new boutique hotel located in the heart of city centre. We found the location very convenient and less than 5 mins walk to the central market and a few tram lines. Metro station (B line) is within 10 mins walk. We used the metro (one change at Deak Ter station) to get to the hotel after arriving on an overnight train from Prague in Keleti station. We also found it manageable to use public transport to get to the airport (one change).

The hotel room was very good and new, a bit small (19 square metres for superior room) but perfectly adequate for 2 people in the room with enough storage rooms for luggages and clothing without bumping into each other or bags. Shower is in a bathtub, with good shower pressure and plentiful hotel water. There was a safe in the room. Air-con system worked well.

Buffet breakfast was included in our booking. The selection was rather limited but adequate, a few hot food, 2-3 cereals, a couple of croissants and a coffee machine (not bad coffee actually). The food area can get a bit crowded.

I did have an issue with the hotel booking website. I wanted to booking the couples romantic deal but wasn't quite clear about the deal, as it clearly stated the room rate included a 30 mins couples massage, but when it came to the booking page there was charge for the massage on top of room rate. Also, deal stated upgrade in executive room, and I wasn't sure if it meant upgrade "to" executive room or there was an upgrade of some sort "in" the executive room, since there are only two room types available. I contacted the hotel to clarify via their website contact page, but never heard back for a few days. While waiting their reply, the room rate went up so I ended paying more for the same room without the massage package.

Apart the the issue with booking web page, I had a good stay at the hotel and will recommend it to others who are visiting Budapest.
