Description: The concept is originated in the Asian culture, but dressed up with the taste of two young entrepreneurs. Peter Baldaszti's expertise in gastronomy, Ang Tuan's - famous fashion designer lives in Budapest - Vietnamese roots and knowledge are our guarantee for receiving something credible. The menu is based on Indochinese cuisine, and completed with special, Asian-European fusion meals. MADAME NOI reflects the spring of this inspiration and the symbol of transferability in flavors between Asia and Europe.

We booked a table here on a trip to Budapest - all the staff have excellent English and the menu is imaginative. The vegetarian option was limited but absolutely superb - using salsify for example to create a unique dish. If you are someone who likes big, filling portions this place is not for you, this place is about balanced, fine dining in chi-chi surroundings. The decor is modern and sparse (tulip chairs) rather than luxurious and old fashioned. A nice buzz about the place - we went on a Saturday and people were pretty glammed up so do scrub up if you're planning to visit!

If you like wine and a contemporary environment, you have to check this out.
We stumbled across this spot on a Sunday afternoon and thoroughly enjoyed the excellent service and the amazing selection of wines. The team of staff are all attentive and friendly, speak very good English, took the time for us and made us feel welcome.
I really appreciated the intelligent wine menu. Besides an extensive selection of Hungarian wines, great wines of some famous wineries from other European countries but also other parts of the world. They serve diverse wines by the glass.
And if you end up spending a few hours there the 'antipasti selection' make great companion.
As someone who does a lot of wine tasting I would definitely recommend Baldaszti's Grand and will go back when we are back in town.

We visited Baldaszti's as a group of 4 with reservation and the waiters wanted to seat us in front of the entrance which is quite uncomfortable. I can recommend to seat on the balcony during winter, it's warm and cozy there. We had starter/main/dessert, we drank 2-3 cocktails and paid approx 40 euro/person. The food was excellent but I'd say the cocktails were even better.

The food was quite good (although not so good in terms of value for money) but my overall impression of to place is, to put it bluntly, that something was missing. I especially did not like the waiter, but the whole atmosphere did not win me over.
