not soundproofed rooms!!!!!Surprisingly cheap with very helpful and nice staff. It is a former office converted into a guest house - so the bathrooms are on the corridor and the doors/rooms are not really sound-proofed.

It's hard to complain for 25€ a night. It's a basic hotel with only a few amenities but if that's what you're looking for, it's perfect. The beds are comfy and the rooms are clean, as are the showers and washrooms. The staff were friendly and helpful and provided us with plenty of information about the city.

We were looking for something basic and that is what we got. Good value for money. Very comfortable rooms and staff were very helpful. Only a 5 minute walk to the hussle and bussle of the octagon.
We had booked two rooms for three people and managed to get them beside each other with a door joining the two. Only downfall was that the bathrooms were shared, we were unaware of this when booking.

Very good location: 5 min walk to metro station, 10 min walk to oktogon square with some restaurants and bars. Clean and big rooms with tv. It's a shared bathroom but it's quite clean. The only flaw is thin walls and you may need some earplugs to sleep soundly.

The staff is friendly. Especially the receptionist. She explained clearly what best transportation is when we want to visit tourist objects. She also recommended what places should we visit while we only have 1 day in Budapest.
The room is very clean and also the bathroom, even it is shared bathroom. We did not have to wait others to use the bathroom.
It's location is near enough to main rail station, we can walk :)
But the elevator is not quite good, it is not smoothly moving dan stopping.

The place was booked because it seemed nice, and was cheap. Now I dont mind spending a few bucks to ensure comfort, but if something looks like a good deal I take it.

this was a mediocre call on my side. The place was difficult to find, the room was clean but really hot. The staff initially refused to give me a room with a fan or airconditioning, even though it says on their website that all rooms are airconditioned. Then, after I almost was about to walk out, they gave me the tiny table fan from their reception. While I appreciated the gesture, I was still a bit annoyed by the fact they gave me the only room (apparently) without airconditioning. I mean, its needed when temperature outside is a balmy 32degrees. Anyway, didnt have brekkie there (was not included), cleaniness was good, service staff cheerful and approachable.

Overall, cheap, good but not enough.
