“Good public transport in Budapest”
Reviewed April 9, 2013 via mobile

The buses and trams all look and feel a bit shabby and dated, but they are frequent and cheap - free for over 65 year Europeans. They make getting about the city easy. Tram 2 travelling along the Danube makes a relaxing site seeing trip - particularly if you can find a seat on the river-side of the tram.

“Regret we didn't go for a longer drive”
Reviewed March 15, 2013 via mobile

I Very much Like that it is so easy to get around in Budapest and also cheap. I Think the metro is very fast but the tram is more charming. We were at tram 2 for a short drive but actually i Think it would have been a beautiful Way of sightseeing

“the most beautiful views ever”
Reviewed March 6, 2013

This tram runs along the Danube, on the Pest side. So it offers amazing views on the Danube, the Buda side hills and the Castle. Every time I use this tram (at least once a week) I feel moved by this scenic panorama.

“Worth it!”
Reviewed March 3, 2013

Tram 2 is an awesome, inexpensive was to see and travel to most of the major attractions in Budapest. It runs parallel to the Danube and is enjoyable both during the day and at night to view the city lights. Definitely worth the ride.
